The Bayard Tigers (Bayard, NE) volleyball nudged the visiting Leyton Warriors (Dalton, NE), 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

With the win, Bayard upgrades its record to 11-0 on the year. The Tigers travel to Minatare (Minatare, NE) to face the Indians in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 21. The Indians go into the outing with a record of 3-10. Minatare lost 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Morrill (Morrill, NE)

The Warriors now own a 11-3 record. They play next when they host Hay Springs for a non-league outing on Thursday, September 21. Leyton will face a Hawks squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Hemingford (Hemingford, NE). The Hawks record now stands at 11-3.
