In Tuesday's non-league test, the host Center Line Panthers volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Sterling Heights Stallions.

The Panthers now have a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to New Haven for a non-league test on Thursday, September 21. Center Line will confront a Rockets team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Lamphere (Madison Heights, MI). The Rockets record now stands at 4-3.

The Stallions (0-8) will now prepare for their test against Lakeview (St. Clair Shores, MI). The Huskies enter the non-league test with a 14-1 record. In their last test, Lakeview held off Port Huron Northern (Port Huron, MI), 3-1, in a league test.
