The Corvallis Spartans topped the visiting Central Panthers volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Tuesday's league test.

The Spartans now have a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Silverton for a 5A Mid-Willamette test on Thursday, September 21. Corvallis will confront a Foxes team coming off a 3-1 league loss to West Albany (Albany, OR). The Foxes record now stands at 8-3.

The Panthers (3-7) will now prepare for their test against Crescent Valley (Corvallis, OR). The Raiders enter the 5A Mid-Willamette test with a 10-0 record. In their last test, Crescent Valley gained a win over Lebanon (Lebanon, OR), 3-0, in a league test.
