The Johnson Warriors held off the visiting Cordova Lancers volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Tuesday's league test.

The Warriors now have a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Florin for a Greater Sacramento test on Thursday, September 21. Johnson will confront a Panthers team coming off a 3-0 league loss to West Campus (Sacramento, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 3-1.

The Lancers (2-8) will now prepare for their test against Foothill (Sacramento, CA). The Mustangs enter the Greater Sacramento test with a 2-10 record. In their last test, Foothill held off Valley (Sacramento, CA), 3-2, in a league test.
