Ohio High School Volleyball - Gibsonburg crushed by Danbury

The Danbury Lakers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Gibsonburg Golden Bears to 0 in the Lakers league victory on Tuesday.

The Lakers now have a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hopewell-Loudon for a Sandusky Bay - River game on Thursday, September 21. Danbury will meet a Chieftains team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Woodmore (Elmore, OH). The Chieftains record now stands at 7-8.

The Golden Bears (1-12) will now prepare for their game against Calvert (Tiffin, OH). The Senecas enter the Sandusky Bay - River game with a 13-0 record. In their last game, Calvert gained a win over Old Fort (Old Fort, OH), 3-0, in a league game.
