The Dayton Pirates volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Taft Tigers to 1 in the Pirates league victory on Tuesday.

The Pirates now have a 11-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jefferson for a 3A PacWest game on Thursday, September 21. Dayton will confront a Lions team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Santiam Christian (Corvallis, OR). The Lions record now stands at 4-6.

The Tigers (5-7) will now prepare for their game against Amity (Amity, OR). The Warriors enter the 3A PacWest game with a 4-3 record. In their last game, Amity gained a win over Scio (Scio, OR), 3-1, in a league game.
