The Jal Panthers held off the host Dora Coyotes volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Panthers now have a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Gateway Christian for a non-league test on Thursday, September 21. Jal will confront a Warriors team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over New Mexico Military Institute (Roswell, NM). The Warriors record now stands at 6-1.

The Coyotes (2-4) will now prepare for their test against Roy Municipal School (Roy, NM). The Longhorns enter the non-league test with a 0-0 record.
