Texas High School Volleyball - Franklin over Eastwood

September 19, 2023: El Paso, TX 79925

In Tuesday's league contest, the Franklin Cougars (El Paso, TX) volleyball squad knocked off the host Eastwood Troopers (El Paso, TX), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Cougars battle the El Dorado Aztecs (El Paso, TX) in a 6A Region I District 1 contest, on Friday, September 22. Franklin will attempt to better on its 26-6 season record. The Aztecs come into the contest with a 2-19 record after their 3-0 league loss to Montwood (El Paso, TX).

With the loss, Eastwood drops to 19-3 on the campaign. The Troopers travel to Eastlake (El Paso, TX) to battle the Falcons in a 6A Region I District 1 contest on Friday, September 22. The Falcons come into the contest with a record of 17-8. Eastlake won 3-1 in their recent league contest against Pebble Hills (El Paso, TX)
