Texas High School Volleyball - Elkhart Franklin

In Tuesday's league battle, the visiting Franklin Lions volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Elkhart Elks.

The Lions (11-11) will now prepare for their battle against Buffalo (Buffalo, TX). The Bison come into the 3A Region III District 20 battle with a 0-22 record. In their last battle, Buffalo lost by Westwood (Palestine, TX), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Elks clash with the Fairfield Eagles (Fairfield, TX) in a 3A Region III District 20 battle, on Friday, September 22. Elkhart will attempt to advance on its 13-16 season record. The Eagles come into the battle with a 25-4 record after their 3-0 league win over Groesbeck (Groesbeck, TX).
