Mississippi High School Volleyball - Forest overwhelmed by Northeast Jones

In Tuesday's non-league battle, the host Northeast Jones Tigers volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Forest Bearcats.
The Tigers (16-7) will now prepare for their battle against Quitman (Quitman, MS). The Panthers come into the Class 4 Region 4 battle with a 0-11 record. In their last battle, Quitman lost by Mendenhall (Mendenhall, MS), 3-1, in a league battle.
Next, the Bearcats clash with the Morton Panthers (Morton, MS) in a Class 3 Region 5 battle, on Thursday, September 21. Forest will attempt to advance on its 11-8 season record. The Panthers come into the battle with a 10-7 record after their 3-0 non-league win over McLaurin (Florence, MS).
