The Grant Union Prospectors (John Day, OR) volleyball overcame the visiting Irrigon Knights (Irrigon, OR), 3-0 in Tuesday's league outing.

With the win, Grant Union upgrades its record to 13-4 on the year. The Prospectors host Trinity Lutheran (Bend, OR) to play the Saints in a non-league outing on Friday, September 22. The Saints go into the outing with a record of 10-3.

The Knights now own a 8-4 record. They play next when they host Heppner for a 2A Blue Mountain outing on Thursday, September 28.
