The Munford Lions topped the host Handley Tigers volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league test.
The Lions now have a 12-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Talladega for a 4A Area 8 test on Monday, September 25. Munford will confront a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Winterboro (Alpine, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 0-4.
The Tigers (7-5) will now prepare for their test against Horseshoe Bend (New Site, AL). The Generals enter the non-league test with a 10-4 record. In their last test, Horseshoe Bend gained a win over Dadeville (Dadeville, AL), 2-0, in a non-league test.
