The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Perry County Central Commodores (Hazard, KY) and the host Jackson City Tigers (Jackson, KY), saw Perry County Central's volleyball squad beat Jackson City by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Perry County Central upgrades its record to 15-6 on the year. The Commodores travel to Owsley County (Booneville, KY) to play the Owls / Lady Owls in a non-league bout on Monday, September 25. The Owls / Lady Owls go into the bout with a record of 6-10.

The Tigers now own a 5-12 record. They play next when they travel to Morgan County for a non-league bout on Wednesday, September 20. Jackson City will play a Cougars squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Menifee County (Frenchburg, KY). The Cougars record now stands at 1-11.
