Kansas High School Volleyball - Jefferson West nudged by Nemaha Central

The Nemaha Central Thunder volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Jefferson West Tigers to 1 in the Thunder league victory on Tuesday.

The Thunder now have a 18-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sabetha for a Big Seven game on Tuesday, September 26. Nemaha Central will meet a Bluejays team coming off a 2-1 league loss to Perry-Lecompton (Perry, KS). The Bluejays record now stands at 8-8.

The Tigers (7-7) will now prepare for their game against Holton (Holton, KS). The Wildcats enter the non-league game with a 11-8 record. In their last game, Holton nipped Royal Valley (Hoyt, KS), 2-1, in a league game.
