The Red Raiders (10-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Ripley (Ripley, MS). The Tigers enter the non-league challenge with a 11-14 record. In their last challenge, Ripley went down by Tishomingo County (Iuka, MS), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Chieftains encounter the Houlka Wildcats (Houlka, MS) in a Class 1 Region 4 challenge, on Thursday, September 21. Okolona will attempt to move on its 2-7 season record. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 3-14 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to West Lowndes (Columbus, MS).
