Ohio High School Volleyball - Portsmouth West tips Valley

The Portsmouth West Senators (West Portsmouth, OH) volleyball tipped the host Valley Indians (Lucasville, OH), 3-2 in Tuesday's league outing.

With the win, Portsmouth West upgrades its record to 10-3 on the year. The Senators travel to Minford (Minford, OH) to face the Falcons in a Southern Ohio II outing on Wednesday, September 20. The Falcons go into the outing with a record of 7-4. Minford lost 3-0 in their recent league outing against Northwest (McDermott, OH)

The Indians now own a 4-7 record. They play next when they host Northwest for a Southern Ohio II outing on Thursday, September 21. Valley will face a Mohawks squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Minford (Minford, OH). The Mohawks record now stands at 5-7.
