The Sanford-Fritch Eagles volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Vega Longhorns to 1 in the Eagles league victory on Tuesday.

The Eagles now have a 19-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Shamrock for a non-league game on Saturday, September 23. Sanford-Fritch will meet a Irish team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Vega (Vega, TX). The Irish record now stands at 0-1.

The Longhorns (12-10) will now prepare for their game against West Texas (Stinnett, TX). The Comanches enter the 2A Region I District 1 game with a 2-10 record.
