The Winfield Generals topped the visiting Scott Skyhawks volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Tuesday's league test.
The Generals now have a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Logan for a Cardinal test on Tuesday, September 19. Winfield will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Capital (Charleston, WV). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-3.
The Skyhawks (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Wayne (Wayne, WV). The Pioneers enter the Cardinal test with a 8-4 record. In their last test, Wayne gained a win over Capital (Charleston, WV), 2-0, in a non-league test.
