Pennsylvania High School Football - Canisius defeated by Cathedral Prep

September 19, 2024: Erie, PA 16501

In Thursday's non-league game, the Cathedral Prep Ramblers (Erie, PA) football team were victorious over the visiting Canisius Crusaders (Buffalo, NY), by a score of 36-24.

In their next game, the Ramblers face the St. Francis Red Raiders (Hamburg, NY) in a non-league game, on Saturday, September 28. Cathedral Prep will attempt to improve on its 5-0 season record. The Red Raiders enter the game with a 1-1 record after their 56-19 non-league loss to Ironton (Ironton, OH).

The Crusaders (1-2) will now prepare for their game against St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute (Buffalo, NY). The Marauders enter the Monsignor Martin A game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute ran past Jamestown (Jamestown, NY), 41-30, in a non-league game.
