The Central Cougars football squad scored 24 points and limited the host Warren Lumberjacks to 20 in the Cougars league triumph on Thursday.

The Cougars now sport a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they host Stuttgart for a 4A Region 8 test on Friday, September 27. Central will clash with a Ricebirds squad coming off a 48-38 non-league loss to Malvern (Malvern, AR). The Ricebirds record now stands at 2-1.

With the defeat, Warren drops to 1-3 on the campaign. The Lumberjacks travel to DeWitt (DeWitt, AR) to clash with the Dragons in a 4A Region 8 test on Friday, September 27. The Dragons come into the test with a record of 2-1. DeWitt lost 22-21 in their recent non-league test against McGehee (McGehee, AR)
