McQueen Lancers (Reno, NV) fans went home in high spirits Thursday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Reed Raiders (Sparks, NV), 28-13 in a league battle.

With the win, McQueen improves its record to 4-1 on the season. The Lancers travel to Bishop Manogue (Reno, NV) to play the Miners in a battle on Thursday, September 26. The Miners go into the battle with a record of 2-2. Bishop Manogue won 34-7 in their recent league battle against Spanish Springs (Sparks, NV)

The Raiders now have a 1-3 record. They play next when they host Reno for a battle on Thursday, September 26. Reed will play a Huskies team coming off a 52-0 non-league loss to Douglas (Minden, NV). The Huskies record now stands at 0-5.
