Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Penn Kingsmen (Mishawaka, IN) and the visiting Warsaw Tigers (Warsaw, IN), saw Penn's soccer squad knock off Warsaw by a count of 3-0.
The Kingsmen (5-3) will now prepare for their battle against Homestead (Fort Wayne, IN). The Spartans enter the non-league battle with a 7-2 record. In their last battle, Homestead tipped Fort Wayne Snider (Fort Wayne, IN), 5-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Tigers confront the Wawasee Warriors (Syracuse, IN) in a Northern Lakes battle, on Saturday, September 28. Warsaw will attempt to upgrade on its 6-5 season record.
