The Union Mine Diamondbacks topped the host Amador Buffaloes volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Thursday's league game.

Next up, the Diamondbacks face the Galt Warriors (Galt, CA) in a game, on Tuesday, September 24. Union Mine will attempt to advance on its 8-3 season record. The Warriors go into the game with a 2-8 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Ben Holt College Prep Academy (Stockton, CA).

The Buffaloes (7-6) will now prepare for their game against El Dorado (Placerville, CA). The Cougars go into the game with a 6-2 record.
