The Colts (9-2) will now prepare for their battle against Gray's Creek (Hope Mills, NC). The Bears enter the United Eight 3A/4A battle with a 3-4 record. In their last battle, Gray's Creek was edged by Jack Britt (Fayetteville, NC), 3-2, in a league battle.

Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Western Harnett Eagles (Lillington, NC) in a All American 3A/4A battle, on Monday, September 23. Terry Sanford will attempt to upgrade on its 7-5 season record. The Eagles enter the battle with a 1-8 record after their 4-1 league win over Westover (Fayetteville, NC).
