Pennsylvania High School Soccer - Scranton Prep nudges North Pocono

In Thursday's league outing, the host Scranton Prep Cavaliers soccer squad scored a tight 3-2 win over the North Pocono Trojans.

The Cavaliers (8-1) will now prepare for their outing against Honesdale (Honesdale, PA). The Hornets enter the Lackawanna - Division I outing with a 4-6 record. In their last outing, Honesdale was edged by Valley View (Archbald, PA), 3-1, in a league outing.

Next up, the Trojans confront the Wallenpaupack Area Buckhorns (Hawley, PA) in a Lackawanna - Division I outing, on Tuesday, September 24. North Pocono will attempt to improve on its 7-1 season record. The Buckhorns enter the outing with a 1-8 record after their 5-3 league win over Scranton (Scranton, PA).
