With the triumph, Webster County advances its record to 1-4 on the campaign. The Highlanders host Braxton County (Sutton, WV) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league test on Thursday, September 26. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 8-2. Braxton County won 6-0 in their recent non-league test against Roane County (Spencer, WV)

The Hawks now have a 2-7 record. They take the field next when they host Lincoln for a non-league test on Monday, September 23. South Harrison will clash with a Cougars team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Williamstown (Williamstown, WV). The Cougars record now stands at 2-7.
