The Hephzibah Rebels (Hephzibah, GA) softball routed the visiting Academy of Richmond County Musketeers (Augusta, GA), 14-2 in Thursday's league outing.

The Rebels now sport a 6-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Howard for a 3A Region 4 outing on Tuesday, September 24. Hephzibah will encounter a Huskies team coming off a 18-0 league win over Westside (Augusta, GA). The Huskies record now stands at 9-13.

With the loss, Academy of Richmond County moves to 2-10 on the season. The Musketeers host Cross Creek (Augusta, GA) to encounter the Razorbacks in a 3A Region 4 outing on Tuesday, September 24. The Razorbacks come into the outing with a record of 4-6. Cross Creek lost 15-0 in their recent league outing against Harlem (Harlem, GA)
