In Thursday's non-league test, the Fort Gibson Tigers (Fort Gibson, OK) softball squad overwhelmed the host Collinsville Cardinals (Collinsville, OK), by a tally of 9-1.
Next, the Tigers meet the Union Redhawks (Tulsa, OK) in a non-league test, on Thursday, September 19. Fort Gibson will attempt to advance on its 12-11 season record. The Redhawks go into the test with a 4-17 record after their 18-6 non-league loss to Edmond Santa Fe (Edmond, OK).
The Cardinals (15-9) will now prepare for their test against Miami (Miami, OK). The Wardogs go into the non-league test with a 14-2 record. In their last test, Miami toppled Jay (Jay, OK), 6-0, in a non-league test.
