Next, the Titans meet the Lincoln County Red Devils (Lincolnton, GA) in a 1A D-II Region 8 challenge, on Tuesday, September 24. Lake Oconee Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 4-7 season record. The Red Devils enter the challenge with a 9-6 record after their 11-3 league win over Washington-Wilkes (Washington, GA).

The Indians (5-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Washington-Wilkes (Washington, GA). The Tigers enter the 1A D-II Region 8 challenge with a 2-11 record. In their last challenge, Washington-Wilkes was routed by Lincoln County (Lincolnton, GA), 11-3, in a league challenge.
