The Mount de Sales Academy Cavaliers softball squad (Macon, GA), was routed 18-0 in Thursday's league contest with the visiting Tattnall Square Academy Trojans (Macon, GA)
With the triumph, Tattnall Square Academy improves its record to 18-5 on the year. The Trojans travel to First Presbyterian Day (Macon, GA) to face the Vikings in a GIAA Class AAA & AAAA District 6 contest on Tuesday, September 24. The Vikings enter the contest with a record of 15-2. First Presbyterian Day won 5-1 in their recent league contest against John Milledge Academy (Milledgeville, GA)
The Cavaliers now hold a 0-10 record. They play next when they travel to Stratford Academy for a GIAA Class AAA & AAAA District 6 contest on Tuesday, September 24. Mount de Sales Academy will face a Eagles squad coming off a 6-2 non-league loss to Southwest Georgia Academy (Damascus, GA). The Eagles record now stands at 10-8.
