Georgia High School Softball - Stone Mountain knocked off by North Clayton

September 19, 2024: Stone Mountain, GA 30083

The North Clayton Eagles overwhelmed the host Stone Mountain Pirates softball squad by a count of 20-8 in Thursday's league challenge.

Next, the Eagles meet the Douglass Astros (Atlanta, GA) in a 3A Region 5 challenge, on Tuesday, September 24. North Clayton will attempt to upgrade on its 3-8 season record.

The Pirates (0-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Clarkston (Clarkston, GA). The Angoras go into the non-league challenge with a 0-15 record. In their last challenge, Clarkston was routed by Northview (Johns Creek, GA), 16-0, in a league challenge.
