Kansas High School Volleyball - Jackson Heights over Atchison County

The Jackson Heights Cobras volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Atchison County Tigers to 0 in the Cobras league triumph on Thursday.

The Cobras now have a 10-3 record. They play next when they travel to Horton for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 21. Jackson Heights will play a Chargers team coming off a 2-0 league win over Pleasant Ridge (Easton, KS). The Chargers record now stands at 12-6.

With the loss, Atchison County drops to 1-12 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Riverside [Wathena/Elwood] (Wathena, KS) to play the Cyclones in a Northeast Kansas League outing on Tuesday, September 24.
