Indiana High School Volleyball - Bloomington North over Martinsville

Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Bloomington North Cougars (Bloomington, IN) and the host Martinsville Artesians (Martinsville, IN), observed Bloomington North's volleyball team top Martinsville by a count of 3-0.

The Cougars (8-4) will now prepare for their contest against Cascade (Clayton, IN). The Cadets enter the non-league contest with a 11-9 record. In their last contest, Cascade was knocked off by Speedway (Speedway, IN), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Artesians meet the Whiteland Warriors (Whiteland, IN) in a Mid-State contest, on Tuesday, September 24. Martinsville will attempt to move on its 7-12 season record. The Warriors enter the contest with a 3-12 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Beech Grove (Beech Grove, IN).
