The Blue Devils now possess a 1-8 record. They play next when they travel to Brimley for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 24. Sault Area will clash with a Bays team coming off a 3-0 league win over Engadine (Engadine, MI). The Bays record now stands at 12-5.

With the loss, Cheboygan drops to 8-9 on the campaign. The Chiefs host Charlevoix (Charlevoix, MI) to clash with the Rayders in a Lake Michigan bout on Tuesday, October 1. The Rayders come into the bout with a record of 4-11.
