In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Clayton-Ridge Eagles volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the MFL MarMac Bulldogs.

The Eagles (2-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Central (Elkader, IA). The Warriors come into the non-league challenge with a 1-11 record. In their last challenge, Central was beaten by Jesup (Jesup, IA), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Bulldogs meet the Crestwood Cadets (Cresco, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 21. MFL MarMac will attempt to upgrade on its 2-7 season record. The Cadets come into the challenge with a 9-3 record after their 3-1 league loss to New Hampton (New Hampton, IA).
