South Brunswick Vikings (Monmouth Junction, NJ) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Colonia Patriots (Colonia, NJ), 2-0 in a league test.

With the win, South Brunswick improves its record to 1-5 on the season. The Vikings host Piscataway (Piscataway, NJ) to face the Chiefs in a non-league test on Monday, September 23. The Chiefs go into the test with a record of 3-4.

The Patriots now own a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Scotch Plains-Fanwood for a non-league test on Friday, September 20. Colonia will face a Raiders squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Linden (Linden, NJ). The Raiders record now stands at 4-3.
