The Crestview Cougars volleyball squad (Ashland, OH), dropped 3-1 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Western Reserve Roughriders (Collins, OH)

With the win, Western Reserve improves its record to 13-3 on the season. The Roughriders host St. Paul (Norwalk, OH) to encounter the Flyers in a Firelands battle on Tuesday, September 24. The Flyers go into the battle with a record of 9-4. St. Paul lost 3-2 in their recent league battle against New London (New London, OH)

The Cougars now own a 7-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Central for a Firelands match on Tuesday, September 24. Crestview will confront a Trojans squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Plymouth (Plymouth, OH). The Trojans record now stands at 8-6.
