The Delaware Christian Eagles (Delaware, OH) volleyball knocked off the visiting West Jefferson Roughriders (West Jefferson, OH), 3-0 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Eagles now possess a 9-2 record. They play next when they travel to Pleasant for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 21. Delaware Christian will clash with a Spartans team coming off a 3-0 league win over River Valley (Caledonia, OH). The Spartans record now stands at 11-2.

With the loss, West Jefferson drops to 9-5 on the campaign. The Roughriders host Catholic Central (Springfield, OH) to clash with the Irish in a non-league bout on Thursday, September 19. The Irish come into the bout with a record of 1-9. Catholic Central won 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Triad (North Lewisburg, OH)
