The Sheldon Huskies volleyball squad (Sacramento, CA), dropped 3-0 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Elk Grove Thundering Herd (Elk Grove, CA)

With the win, Elk Grove improves its record to 3-6 on the season. The Thundering Herd host Cosumnes Oaks (Elk Grove, CA) to encounter the Wolfpack in a Delta League battle on Tuesday, September 24. The Wolfpack go into the battle with a record of 12-6. Cosumnes Oaks won 3-1 in their recent league battle against Franklin (Elk Grove, CA)

The Huskies now own a 3-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Spanish Springs for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 21. Sheldon will encounter a Cougars squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Damonte Ranch (Reno, NV). The Cougars record now stands at 10-7.
