The Grain Valley Eagles (Grain Valley, MO) volleyball knocked off the host Ruskin Golden Eagles (Kansas City, MO), 3-0 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Eagles now possess a 9-6 record. They play next when they travel to Saint Thomas Aquinas for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 21. Grain Valley will clash with a Saints team coming off a 2-0 league win over Blue Valley Northwest (Overland Park, KS). The Saints record now stands at 9-0.

With the loss, Ruskin drops to 5-11 on the campaign. The Golden eagles host Van Horn (Independence, MO) to clash with the Falcons in a non-league bout on Monday, September 23. The Falcons come into the bout with a record of 7-5.
