Jones Eagles (Chicago, IL) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Taft Eagles (Chicago, IL), 2-0 in a league test.

With the win, Jones advances its record to 9-9 on the season. The Eagles travel to Lincoln Park (Chicago, IL) to face the Lions in a Chicago Public Super test on Tuesday, September 24. The Lions go into the test with a record of 1-12. Lincoln Park lost 2-0 in their recent league test against Payton College Prep (Chicago, IL)

The Eagles now sport a 3-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lisle for a non-league test on Friday, September 20. Taft will face a Lions squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Wilmington (Wilmington, IL). The Lions record now stands at 5-10.
