Oak Grove Warriors (Hattiesburg, MS) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Meridian Wildcats (Meridian, MS), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, Oak Grove improves its record to 12-13 on the season. The Warriors travel to George County (Lucedale, MS) to encounter the Rebels in a non-league test on Monday, September 23. The Rebels go into the test with a record of 16-7.

The Wildcats now own a 5-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Quitman for a non-league test on Monday, September 23. Meridian will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Morton (Morton, MS). The Panthers record now stands at 3-9.
