The NCSSM: Morganton Dragons volleyball squad (Morganton, NC), dropped 3-0 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Rosman Tigers (Rosman, NC)

With the win, Rosman improves its record to 6-7 on the season. The Tigers travel to Avery County (Newland, NC) to encounter the Vikings in a Western Highlands 1A/2A battle on Tuesday, September 24. The Vikings go into the battle with a record of 6-8. Avery County won 3-0 in their recent league battle against Mitchell (Bakersville, NC)

The Dragons now own a 1-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mountain Heritage for a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 24. NCSSM: Morganton will encounter a Cougars squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Tuscola (Waynesville, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 5-8.
