Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Pisgah Eagles (Pisgah, AL) and the visiting Section Lions (Section, AL), observed Pisgah's volleyball team top Section by a count of 3-0.

The Eagles (5-4) will now prepare for their contest against North Sand Mountain (Higdon, AL). The Bison enter the 2A Area 16 contest with a 1-3 record.

Next, the Lions meet the North Jackson Chiefs (Stevenson, AL) in a non-league contest, on Monday, September 23. Section will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record. The Chiefs enter the contest with a 2-13 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Plainview (Rainsville, AL).
