Utah High School Football - East tops Murray

September 19, 2025: Salt Lake City, UT 84102

The East Leopards football squad scored 57 points and limited the visiting Murray Spartans to 34 in the Leopards league triumph on Friday.

The Leopards now sport a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Juan Diego Catholic for a 4A Region 10 test on Friday, September 26. East will face a Soaring Eagle team coming off a 35-6 league win over Cottonwood (Salt Lake City, UT). The Soaring Eagle record now stands at 2-4.

The Spartans (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Highland (Salt Lake City, UT). The Rams go into the 4A Region 10 challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, Highland toppled East (Salt Lake City, UT), 17-8, in a league challenge.
