In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Manual Thunderbolts volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Denver West Cowboys.

The Thunderbolts (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Bruce Randolph (Denver, CO). The Grizzlies go into the non-league test with a 3-1 record.

The Cowboys now sport a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to George Washington for a test on Tuesday, September 30. Denver West will play a Patriots team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Fairview (Boulder, CO). The Patriots record now stands at 4-3.
