In Friday's league match, the Burnet Bulldogs (Burnet, TX) volleyball squad prevailed the visiting Taylor Ducks (Taylor, TX), by a count of 3-1.

Next up, the Bulldogs battle the Jarrell Cougars (Jarrell, TX) in a 4A Region III District 24 match, on Tuesday, September 23. Burnet will attempt to better on its 18-6 season record. The Cougars come into the bout with a 6-24 record after their 3-2 league loss to Taylor (Taylor, TX).
