In Friday's league challenge, the visiting Willamette Valley Christian Warriors volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Lewis Academy Watchmen.

The Warriors (7-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Chemawa Indian (Salem, OR). The Braves enter the 2A Tri-River challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Chemawa Indian beat Falls City/Kings Valley Charter (Falls City, OR), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Watchmen meet the Livingstone Adventist Academy (Salem, OR) in a 1A Casco challenge, on Monday, September 22. Lewis Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record. The enter the challenge with a 0-4 record after their 3-0 league loss to Perrydale (Amity, OR).
