Connecticut High School Volleyball - Mercy over North Haven

September 19, 2025: Middletown, CT 6457

Fans at Friday's league contest between the Mercy Tigers (Middletown, CT) and the visiting North Haven Nighthawks (North Haven, CT), observed Mercy's volleyball team top North Haven by a tally of 3-1.

The Tigers (4-5) will now prepare for their contest against Hand (Madison, CT). The Tigers enter the Southern Connecticut - Hammonasset contest with a 3-4 record. In their last contest, Hand beat Lyman Hall (Wallingford, CT), 3-2, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Nighthawks encounter the Sacred Heart Academy Sharks (Hamden, CT) in a Southern Connecticut - Hammonasset test, on Monday, September 22. North Haven will attempt to improve on its 1-7 season record. The Sharks go into the test with a 7-0 record after their 3-2 league win over Shelton (Shelton, CT).
