Pennsylvania High School Volleyball - Pleasant Valley over Stroudsburg

In Friday's league challenge, the visiting Pleasant Valley Bears volleyball squad scored a 3-1 win over the Stroudsburg Mountaineers.

With the win, Pleasant Valley improves its record to 11-10 on the season. The Bears travel to Nazareth Area (Nazareth, PA) to face the Blue Eagles in a non-league test on Saturday, September 20. The Blue Eagles go into the test with a record of 5-6. Nazareth Area lost 3-1 in their recent league test against Easton Area (Easton, PA)

The Mountaineers now own a 4-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bethlehem Catholic for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 23. Stroudsburg will face a Hawks squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Pleasant Valley (Brodheadsville, PA). The Hawks record now stands at 11-0.
